PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
PPE is equipment that protects users from health and safety risks in public places, such as masks, gloves, gowns, safety footwear and other protective gears.
Currently, TOYO is producing and supplying 3 main products: medical gloves, gowns and medical masks.
In early 2020, when the Covid-19 epidemic spread globally, the demand for personal protective equipment has increased dramatically, TOYO immediately invested in its factory system to produce and supply products to the markets.
All PPE products have to undergo hundreds of strict tests and achieve quality certificates such as FDA, CE, EN455, ISO,…Therefore, TOYO has pioneered and dominated nations such as the U.S. and the U.K., outperformed hundreds of competitors in both local and global markets.
TOYO will expand its production and continue improving the infrastructure to serve the increasing demand.
NITRILE BUTADIENE RUBBER (NBR)
NBR is an oil-resistant synthetic rubber produced from copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile.
This NBR substance is an important ingredient in manufacturing of medical gloves. Thanks to its excellent tensile strength, oil resistance and waterproofing property, its main applications are in fuel hoses, gaskets, rollers, in the textile and automotive industries.
In early 2020, by noticing the rapidly increasing demand for medical gloves, TOYO has signed an Exclusive NBR Material Distribution Agreement. In addition, we have invested in equipment and warehouse systems, which are aimed at preserving NBR quality and distributing it to medical glove factories in the Asia-Pacific region.
TOYO guarantees that NBR products have achieved Certificates of Analysis such as NBR-310, NBR-730, NBR-830 and quality test reports.
